First rule. Hand Sanitation, Yes! cooking is all about the hand.In order to touch food ones hand most
be completely clean and sanitized. We don't want any germs between us and the flavor of what we are cooking. Plus food handling has it rules to. Sanitation Sanitation, Sanitation!
Second rule. Know your ingredients! Not all foods mix well together. The right selection of proteins makes the main dish a word of its own, carbohydrates whether simple or complex also make a great variety of dishes. Oils, fats and sweets great for all dishes but handle with care.
Third rule. Spices in the right amount and the right combination make a world of difference. Just salt ans pepper does not cut it any more, over 10,000 spices all over the world just pick and choose.
Forth rule. Cooking ware will decided how fast and how well one cooks.Get your self some high end pans and pots.

Few Golden Rules
They are a few Golden Rules when it comes to great cooking. The differences between preparing food and cooking a great meal is a huge one.While Moms and Pops places strive by cooking great home made meals, most Giant Food Chains make tons of money by selling good tasting food that has been prepared ahead of time with little or none nutritional value. Standards of quality must be followed since they are regulated by the same industry, laws and regulations. But what are the differences when those Golden Rules come into place? What are these Golden Rules?
In today's society fast food places have become a staple for the "fast and the furious",pull up to the drive way pay in one window pickup in the other or pop in the microwave, bong! Five minutes later dinner is served. The only rules there is to follow are the instructions: let it cool down before one burns Ones self in the process of getting feed. It seems that every major food brand has made there way into our kitchens. They have invaded our refrigerators and they are here to stay or are they? Not if we follow a few Golden Rules that will make the difference in anyone's kitchen and dinner table. Lets take a long look at these Rules to find out what is so Golden about them.
