First rule. Hand Sanitation, Yes! cooking is all about the hand.In order to touch food ones hand most
 be completely clean and sanitized. We don't want any germs between us and the flavor of what we are cooking. Plus food handling has it rules to. Sanitation Sanitation, Sanitation!

Second rule. Know your ingredients! Not all foods mix well together. The right selection  of proteins makes the main dish a word of its own, carbohydrates whether simple or complex also make a great variety  of dishes. Oils, fats and sweets great for all dishes but handle with care.

Third rule. Spices in the right amount and the right combination make a world of difference. Just salt ans  pepper does not cut it any more, over 10,000 spices all over the world just pick and choose.

Forth rule. Cooking ware will decided how fast and how well one cooks.Get your self some high end pans and pots.
