I really don't believe in New Years resolutions and those sort of promises that we make to Our self just to fail miserable  and find One self on square one again in February. On the flip side having a date were One may start life all over, make the old new, change the prospective of how we see things and to take that fist step in to the new. So when 2014 came in I made up my mind to make changes for the better. Frist one was to stop drinking and the second a better and third some exercise just to feel better. So far I have not drink till this very day the 24 of January  and we know that once the  body gets use to anything after 21 days. Same thing with eating right, once the body realizes that you giving it great nutrition it will react to it. Now got to doing exercise  but is to dam cold out there.

  1. You know what, I started an end year resolution in December when I went home to Tennessee. No pork for me I thought. I was weak. I didn't hold up and now right today I'm suffering. It's not a good feeling. I have already start exercising and that makes me feel a little better but I have a way to go. We have a exercise room in the apartment complex. I salute you for your effort. KEEP IT GOING! I need will power.

  2. It's great to "hear" that you are making strides to better yourself. I, like you, don't do the whole New Year's resolution. But, I do believe in setting reachable and obtainable goals. Good luck going forward; I know you can do it!

  3. I gave up on New Years Resolutions a long time ago. They are always broken before the week is even over!

  4. Cold could be good, Santiago. Did you know that cold tends to raise metabolism? The body speeds up metabolism to keep our body temperature warm. If you want, look it up to be sure. I know you can do it.
